This type of discipleship work is efficient and effective in root level healing. With knowledge I've retained, experience I've gained, I rely on the Holy Spirit to lead both you and me.

He will bring to light what needs to be brought to light,

uproot what needs to be uprooted and

sow what needs to be planted and grown.

He is the only one that can truly break the shackles that bind you, heal you and bring you the freedom you were

made and saved for!

It's Him whom you will be encountering,

the wonderful counselor who will be healing you

during our time together and Him that you come to rely on.

I'm His Vessel

I've experienced similar struggles and have

empathy for you. My why is to help you

encounter the Lord and for you to be able to

also live in the freedom that I now live in.

When our sessions are through

you'll have new tools to help you

but most importantly the Lord will continue

to be with you,"I am with you always"

I love the Lord with all my heart; although I'm not perfect, I know He perfectly loves and forgives me. The Lord has been, is now, and will always be my everything.

I'm married to my best friend Brendan (16 years and counting). We have 4 wonderful kiddos and 1 little saint in heaven (2nd trimester miscarriage).

Laugher is a must and I enjoy the simple JOY's in life.

Speaking of "All Day" (you know if you know) I enjoy IPA's , hazy's are my favorite!

I enjoy working on DIY home projects that involve creativity & power tools.

This is a calling from the Lord for me to help others through coaching. I'm empathetic and compassionate and love journeying and praying with others. I want everyone to experience the freedom I have experienced.

Vulnerability breeds vulnerability; you'll hear parts of my story when we work together if it's applicable to helping you. I've struggled with OCD, Grief in Miscarriage, Paralyzing Anxiety and Fear and other issues.

In my own healing journey, when I finally sought help, I realized these struggles were fruits of some unhealthy roots I let grow in my life; lie's I started believing that took place in old memories, lies about God, myself, and others. I've always been in a close relationship with God but I came to realize I struggled with not fully trusting God. I created defense mechanisms which became strongholds that gripped me in anxiety and paralyzing fear. I needed freedom. I also had made unhealthy vows that bound me and I had to renounce them and renew my mind in Christ. With God's help and others helping navigate the way for me, the chains were eventually broken and I was set free! I now live life to the full; in peace, joy and abundance, (not without occasional struggles, but the struggles aren't as prevalent and when they do show up, I now have the tools to know how to conquer them with Christ).

I am glad I grew though the challenges I've gone through, it led me here to help you.

For the past few years, I've dedicated time to learning how to coach others into freedom. With the Lord and many great resources, I've created Healed to Heal's 5 Step Proprietary Discipleship Coaching Method to help coach you to meet the GOALS of freedom, abundant living and other personal goals.

As I journey with you, you'll have a safe place to bring things to light, no longer keeping them bottled up in your own head (that alone can be freeing!) I will provide you with a confidential, non-judgmental setting where you'll be led deeper into an understanding of who God truly is and who you are in Him. A place where we can discover what needs to be unbound, uprooted, reframed and redeemed. He can set you free into the healing and freedom He created and saved you for!

Experience & Education

I had read amazing books (Be Healed, Unbound, etc.)

attended conferences and had personal prayer sessions through different ministries

over the past four years with many amazing encounters with Jesus.

However, it was fairly sporadic;

I believe it's because I was missing someone to walk the journey with me.

Val stepped into that place, got to know me more, facilitated and bridged the gap over the course of 5 months.

It was exactly what I needed to help make encounters with the Lord and healing practices in my everyday life.

She is SUCH a gift in my life, and I am so thankful for her YES to the Lord and this coaching program!
